Wild For Salmon, a local retailer of sustainably harvested wild-caught seafood is looking for a team member who knows how to showcase a great product with a unique story! We are a quickly growing and fast paced operation. The nature and seasonality of our specialty foods business presents a number of challenges, such as: 

Customer service is a top priority! This position requires positive and upbeat communication with customers. Applicant must be able to converse with small and large groups of employees and customers with authority and confidence, orally and in written form. You must be courteous, well-spoken and able to resolve basic customer concerns quickly. Communication via phone, online and in person.

Stock and price items, and attend to customers.

Assist customers via phone.

Assist online and buying club customers complete their orders online.

Attend farmers markets to sell and promote our products (with Wild For Salmon vehicle).

Assist with promotional events to develop awareness of our store and products.

Attention to detail is critical!! Inefficiencies must be kept to a minimum.

We collaborate as a team, as well as work independently, in order to complete all projects and tasks efficiently.

Adaptability and a "Can-Do" attitude are a must! We are a small business team; "That's not my job" are words that are never heard at Wild For Salmon.
