Product returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for cost of returns. Returns can be delivered to our facility, or contact customer service for information on UPS returns. Once the return is received please allow up to 72 hours for credit to be processed. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Canceled Orders or No Show Policy
Canceled Orders will have a 10% restocking fee if your order is already packaged. No Show orders will be considered Canceled Orders, unless you call with other arrangements. The 10% restocking fee will be deducted prior to your refund, via the payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours for credit to be processed.
