Sauteed Burger

A salmon burger on labor day-- the perfect way to celebrate our country's seasonality and spirit. Get to Grillin'



Feta - Dill Salmon burger with creamy dill sauce 

Dill Sauce:

  • 1c Mayo
  • 1c Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3oz Fresh Dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Combine ingredients in medium sized bowl. 
  2. Serve immediately over seafood, or refrigerate for later use.
Feta Dill Burger Ingredients:
1 Fresh burger bun ( toasted)
1T olive oil
1/2 C fresh spring mix
1 med tomato, sliced  
1 med red onion, thin sliced 
1 Feta- Dill salmon burger
    Thaw salmon burger in refrigerator or in cold water bath. When burger is completely thawed, heat sauté pan on med-high heat. Coat pan with olive oil and cook burger to an internal temp of 145degrees  ( approx. 2 min on each side)
    After cooking remover burger from pan, place on toasted bun, top with sliced tomatoes, onion, spring mix, and dill sauce.
