This is not one to overthink. This is a salmon recipe that takes less than 15 minutes and just five ingredients, two of which are salt and pepper.

Two Wild for Salmon sockeye fillets

One small jar of Dijon

Brown sugar, to taste

Salt & pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. This is a quick broil so don't step away too long! Line a baking sheet with foil.

Combine Dijon with brown sugar to your liking; you're going for spicy-sweet, to your liking. Salt and pepper the salmon fillets.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side on the lightly-oiled platter. Cover the tops of the fillets with the brown sugar Dijon glaze. Roast close to the top of the oven for 8-10 minutes.

Serve with hearty, roasted greens or spicy fresh ones, like arugula.
