Ingredients
1 lb halibut skin removed
1 1/2 cups walnuts finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp dried dill
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 cups sweet potatoes thinly sliced
1 bunch asparagus spears 6 - 8 spears per serving, ends trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
2 lemons sliced
