Blackened Pacific Cod

  1. Lightly coat Cod with spray-on oil or extra virgin olive oil
  2. Pour Spice blend on dry plate and carefully coat each side of black cod
  3. Pre heat pan to medium high heat and cook Cod until heated through and Cod begins to flake at edges
  4. Serve topped with fresh herbs or dill yogurt sauce
