After thawing the fish and patting it dry, lightly coat the pacific cod with spray-on oil or extra virgin olive oil
Pour spice blend on dry plate and carefully coat each side of cod with seasoning by gently dipping it into the pile on the plate
Pre-heat oiled pan to medium-high heat and cook cod until heated through; the cod will begin to flake at its edges
Serve topped with fresh herbs or dill yogurt sauce
