How to cook pink salmon portions
Pink Salmon portions can be grilled, broiled, baked or fried. Portions are cut from the whole fillet; because Pink Salmon are a smaller fish an 8oz portion is half a fillet, some boxes will contain equal portions of collar and tail fillet portions.
