Our Wild caught pink salmon portions are shipped bone in, skins on and come individually wrapped in 8 oz packages. Pink salmon has a mild but sweet flavor which makes it very versatile. Pink salmon is rich in omega 3’s and has a high nutritional content making it extremely satisfying.

How to cook pink salmon portions

Pink Salmon portions can be grilled, broiled, baked or fried. Portions are cut from the whole fillet; because Pink Salmon are a smaller fish an 8oz portion is half a fillet, some boxes will contain equal portions of collar and tail fillet portions. Due to the small-batch nature of our Pink processing facility, portions come skin-on and bone-in.
