Our captain's blend adds a new flavor to our smoked salmon ravioli line. The captain's blend packs a smooth, blended texture, robust smokey flavor, and soft dough. Rich smoked salmon is complimented perfectly by the creamy chive filling. Gently boil, or thaw and sear for an exciting smoked salmon experience! This ravioli is prepared in West Chester, PA by Vera Pasta for Wild for Salmon. Our smoked salmon captain's blend ravioli is shipped frozen in a 13oz bag.
Ingredients include: Enriched Durum Wheat Semolina (Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Smoked Salmon, Heavy Whipping Cream, Egg, Cream Cheese, Chives, and Black Pepper

Bring 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Submerge frozen ravioli in boiling water. Bring water back to a gentle boil, cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Avoid stirring aggressively as it can break apart this handmade ravioli, causing the delicious filling to boil out. Simply top with just olive oil and parmesan, creamy dill sauce, or a light tomato sauce.
