Garlic Pepper Smoked Salmon
Wild for Salmon garlic pepper smoked salmon is smoked over a mix of alder & maple wood, then topped with cracked pepper and minced garlic and frozen for peak quality. Our 1lb garlic pepper smoked salmon is packaged in 4, 4oz individual portions.
The pepper flavor compliments the bold flavor of sockeye, resulting in a savory treat. Alder wood is traditionally used for smoking in the Pacific Northwest and compliments sockeye's distinctive flavor well. We do not use any nitrates or artificial preservatives in our smoked products, please keep frozen until ready to use. Once opened we recommend you use your smoked salmon within 7-10 days.
