1 C Ricotta cheese
1⁄2 lg Red onion (thinly sliced)
1⁄2 lb Nova salmon
3oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
3oz shredded Asiago cheese
Italian seasoning
1 lg Yellow heirloom tomato, diced
1 C Broc florets
Olive oil
Pizza dough

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Thaw crust and lightly coat in olive oil
Evenly spread ricotta cheese over crust
Sprinkle mozz and asiago cheese over crust
Add toppings, and lightly cover with olive oil
Place in oven and bake for 20-25 min until cheese is melted
