Gravlax w/ Sprouted Toast

(from the Wild For Salmon kitchen)




  1. Thinly slice fresh loaf of sprouted wheat bread, lightly toast until just crunchy on 375 for 5 minutes
  2. Slice Gravlax slices in half, or to desired size
  3. Once toasted, top bread with dollop of cream cheese
  4. Add sliced gravlax, and dot of wasabi sauce
  5. Serve and enjoy!
