Wild Caught Rockfish Fillets
Our wild caught rockfish fillets are boneless, skinless and have a mild to full and rich flavor. Like traditional whitefish, rockfish is firm and flaky. Rockfish is frozen in 6-8oz fillets. Wild Alaskan rockfish is packed with protein and has a high omega-3 fatty acid content.
