Our wild caught King salmon steaks are a thick and meaty! They are shipped frozen and are each 8oz, and 1 ½ - 2 inches thick with the skin-on with the bone in. King Salmon has a succulent flavor, firm texture and high oil content. Don’t let the bones frighten you: once cooked, insert your fork near the center bone and slide out, letting the longer bones guide your fork, to easily separate the meat.
