How to cook Sockeye Salmon Steaks
Don’t be discouraged by the bone, this will actually give the salmon steak more structure allowing it to grill more easily. Once cooked you can insert your fork near the center bone and slide outwards to easily remove the meat from the bones. We recommend grilling, broiling, or cooking on a cedar plank for best results!
