Alaska Golden King Crab Cluster
Our wild-caught Golden King Crab is the sweetest of the king species with a rich flavor and tender texture. It’s sweet and succulent, but not as heavy and rich as its cousin Red King Crab. Golden King Crab is a specialty fishery and is a great alternative to Red King Crab. King crab is loaded with protein but has a lower fat and calorie content. Each Golden King Crab cluster weighs 1lb or more.
Golden King Crab is sold by the Cluster Pack.
A pack of 2 clusters will be a minimum of 2 pounds net weight for $84.99/cluster.
A pack of 6 clusters will be a minimum of 6 pounds net weight for $76.49/cluster.
How to cook Golden King Crab
Our king crab is pre-cooked and shipped frozen. You will just need to defrost and warm up. King crab is best heated by steaming, sauteing, broiling, grilling, or roasting thawed crab for about 4 minutes to make sure it is heated throughout. King crab can also be eaten cold.
