How to Cook Sockeye Salmon Steaks
Don’t be discouraged by the bone, this will actually give the salmon steak more structure allowing it to grill more easily. Once cooked you can insert your fork near the center bone and slide outwards to easily remove the meat from the bones. We recommend grilling, broiling, or cooking on a cedar plank for best results!.

All orders ship on Mondays-Wednesday, and orders placed after 10am on Tuesday will ship out the following week.
All frozen products are carefully packed on dry ice to keep items frozen however some packages may not arrive solidly frozen. If you items do arrive partially thawed but frozen in the center, they may be safely refrozen with no noticeable loss of quality or nutritional value. All frozen packages will arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your destination. You will have access to your shipping information so you can track your package along the way!
