Prep time: 15 min Makes sauce for 6 burgers Ingredients: 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 2 scallions, thinly sliced Salt to taste 1 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 seedless cucumber, coarsely grated and squeezed dry Directions: Mix yogurt, cucumber, dill, scallions, and a sprinkling of salt.
