Name: ASIAN-GLAZED SALMON FROM OUR SALUTE TO SALMON EVENT!
Ingredients: 0 1/3 cup soy sauce; 0 1/4 cup hoisin sauce; 0 1 T chili-garlic sauce; 0 2 T fresh lemon juice; 0 1 T grated fresh ginger root; 0 1 clove garlic, pressed; 0 2 T olive oil; 0 6 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless Wild for Salmon Sockeye Salmon portions; 0 **Note: it is recommended you make the same amount of marinade even if you cook less fish. Saucy!

ASIAN-GLAZED SALMON FROM OUR SALUTE TO SALMON EVENT!

This is an easy one with a lot of flavor! It won some folks over this weekend at our Salute to Salmon event, and we are happy to share it with you so you can try it at home.

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 T chili-garlic sauce
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 T grated fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 T olive oil
6 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless Wild for Salmon Sockeye Salmon portions
**Note: it is recommended you make the same amount of marinade even if you cook less fish. Saucy!

Instructions

Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and olive oil in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the salmon fillets or portions into the marinade, and turn to evenly coat. Cover the dish with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Remove and discard the plastic wrap from the salmon, use a spoon to scoop up the marinade that has collected in the bottom of the baking dish, and drizzle it over the salmon.
Bake until the salmon flakes easily with a fork on the sides and still firm in the center.
