• 1 1/2 cups walnuts finely chopped
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp dried dill
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 2 cups sweet potatoes thinly sliced
• 1 bunch asparagus spears 6 - 8 spears per serving, ends trimmed
• 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
• 2 lemons sliced
