"Fall" inlove during our Fall Tasting Event!

Friends, family, neighbors, and members of our community,

Please join us for an all day Fall Tasting event at our retail store on October 14th from 9am to 3pm. Our very own Chef, Josh has developed a delicious menu featuring our new smoked salmon products! We will be sampling our new Traditional Smoked Sockeye and Garlic Pepper Smoked Sockeye. You'll "fall" in love at our Fall tasting ;-)

The menu for the day is as follows:

-Lox and bagels with cream cheese
-Baked Captain's Blend raviolis
-Warm Cajun Smoked Salmon Dip
-Smoked potato and leek soup (will use Hickory in the recipe, can be made with any of our smoked salmon)
-Smoked deviled eggs (will use Hickory in the recipe, can be made with any of our smoked salmon)
-Samplings on toothpicks (Trad. Sockeye, Trad. King, Garlic Pepper, Candy, and Smoked Bellies)
Join us for the opportunity to taste and learn from our team! Chef Josh will be facilitating demonstrations, answering questions, and teaching our visitors how to prepare our products throughout the day. Make sure to stop by to get a taste of what we're all about!
